Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Zepty Digital Solutions collects through this website and how it is used.
What we collect
Only what you choose to submit through our two forms:
- Investor access request (/request-access): full name, email, company or fund (optional), role, LinkedIn URL (optional), the product you are interested in, your message, and your agreement to this policy.
- Contact form: name, email, company (optional), reason and message.
When you submit a form we also store your browser's user-agent string and a one-way hash of your IP address. We use these only to detect and limit abuse. We do not store your raw IP address.
How we use it
Only to read and reply to your message and, for investor access requests, to decide whether to share additional company materials. We do not sell personal information.
Where it goes
Each submission is saved in our database and sent to us by email. We use these service providers to do that:
- Supabase, which hosts our database.
- Resend, which delivers the notification email to us.
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not currently use advertising trackers.
Keeping and deleting your information
We do not apply an automatic deletion date. You can ask us at any time to access or delete what you have submitted. Use the contact form and tell us which submission it concerns.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above will change with it.
